GiftMuzic is not responsible for carrier charges, roaming charges, data charges, or third-party messaging fees incurred by you or the recipient.

audio or media attachments where supported;

Not all channels support the same features. Some recipients may receive:

10. Accuracy of Recipient Information
You are responsible for reviewing recipient details before sending.
GiftMuzic is not liable for delivery to the wrong person if you provide:
an incorrect phone number;
an incorrect email address;
an incorrect recipient name;
outdated or reassigned contact information.
If a delivery fails because of incorrect information you provided, a refund may not be available.
11. Opt-Outs and Refusals
