This policy explains how GiftMuzic, the operator of Videos You Missed Promotion, handles Google and YouTube data for its owner-operated channel-management application. The application uses YouTube API Services for the approved Videos You Missed channel. It is not offered as a public account service.
Data and permissions
After an authorized channel operator grants access, the application may access the authenticated channel ID and title; owned video IDs, titles, descriptions, upload/visibility information and basic video statistics; and comments on monitored channel videos where the YouTube API permits reading them. Authorized video uploads send the approved video file and its title, description, tags and visibility choice to YouTube.
The application currently requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly for channel and video reads and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload for authorized uploads. It does not request access to a Google password, private messages, or unrelated Google services. It does not implement automated comment replies.
Use, storage and sharing
GiftMuzic uses this data only to verify the connected channel, review owned videos and comments, measure basic channel activity, and prepare or carry out owner-authorized promotion uploads. Selected video IDs, metadata, statistics, comment excerpts and review records may be retained in restricted internal operational records for these purposes. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept in restricted server-side storage and are not published on this website.
Access to these records is limited to authorized GiftMuzic operators and the systems needed to provide these functions. Data is exchanged with Google/YouTube when the application calls YouTube API Services. GiftMuzic does not sell Google or YouTube API data, use it for third-party ad targeting, or disclose it to unrelated third parties, except where required by law or necessary for security. Use of Google data is limited to the purposes described here, consistent with Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements.
Protection, control and contact
GiftMuzic uses HTTPS and restricted access to protect operational data and credentials. Records are kept only as needed for authorized operations and applicable obligations. An authorized account holder can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing support@giftmuzic.com or using the contact page.
An account holder can revoke the application’s Google access through Google Account third-party access settings. Revocation stops future authorized API access; contact GiftMuzic to request deletion of stored application data. For Google’s own data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy.
